For the Small Craft Advisory, wind-driven seas 8 to 12 ft. * WHERE...The current Gale Warning covers waters south of Coos Bay, with a Small Craft Advisory covering waters to the north. Once the Gale Warning ends, a Small Craft Advisory coves all waters north of Cape Blanco. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 11 AM PDT Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels.
