Details: 
* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and steep
seas 6 to 9 ft.

* WHERE...All areas south of Port Orford.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Saturday. Winds will be strongest and
seas will be highest during the afternoons and evenings.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.
