Strongest winds and highest seas are expected during the afternoons and evenings. From Gold Beach southward and beyond 5 NM from shore, occasional gale force gusts to 40 kt are possible through Thursday evening. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
