this afternoon, diminishing to 10 to 12 ft tonight into
Saturday morning.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.
