Beginning Wednesday, north winds increase to 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt, and seas becoming very steep 8 to 11 ft. * WHERE...Small Craft Advisory conditions are expected south of Cape Blanco, with very steep and hazardous seas developing south of Port Orford Wednesday into Thursday. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Friday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 11 AM Wednesday to 5 AM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
