For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 11 ft at 9 seconds expected Monday afternoon and evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 9 ft at 9 seconds expected Monday night through Tuesday morning. * WHERE...All of the area. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM to 2 PM PDT Monday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM to 8 PM PDT Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM Monday to 11 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
