For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 7 to 10 ft at 9 seconds expected. * WHERE...For the first Small Craft Advisory, all waters transitioning to only a small portion of the northern waters by 2pm. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, for nearly all the waters. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM Sunday to 5 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
