Details:
* WHAT...Steep seas building to 9 to 10 ft due to a mix of
northwest swell and short period wind seas. Seas are expected
to peak this afternoon and evening.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 2 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.

Information:
Inexperienced mariners and those operating smaller vessels should
remain in port and avoid the area of hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt
and steep wind seas 6 to 9 ft through this morning, increasing
to 20 to 30 kt and steep 8 to 12 ft seas this afternoon and
evening. Steep seas and gusty winds linger into Sunday morning.
Then, north winds of 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt and very
steep, hazardous seas of 8 to 13 feet at 6 to 7 seconds are
possible Sunday afternoon through Monday evening.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM PDT Sunday.
For the Hazardous Seas Watch, from Sunday afternoon through
Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
