Details:
* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and steep
mixed seas 8 to 12 ft. Steep seas may linger into Thursday
night.

* WHERE...All of the area.  Strongest winds and highest seas are
expected south of Bandon.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Wednesday to 4 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.

Information:
Inexperienced mariners and those operating smaller vessels should
remain in port and avoid the area of hazardous conditions.

For the Hazardous Seas Watch, north winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts
to 35 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 13 ft due to a
mix of building short period seas and west swell possible.

* WHERE...All the area.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM to 4 PM PST
Wednesday. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, from Wednesday
afternoon through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossing could become especially hazardous.
