Winds ease this afternoon, becoming west-southwest 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt, but seas remain very steep 9 to 11 ft through tonight. Steep seas persist through Tuesday morning, but lower some to 8 to 10 ft. * WHERE...All areas through this evening. Very steep seas linger through tonight for areas north of Bandon, then steep seas are expected for all areas. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 8 PM PDT this evening. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 5 AM PDT Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 11 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels.
