to 9 ft possible.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon
to 2 PM PDT Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday afternoon
through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are possible.
