* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt, and
steep wind-driven seas of 6 to 7 ft.

* WHERE...Southern Oregon waters south of Gold Beach.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 8 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and steep seas could capsize or damage
smaller vessels.
