Details:
* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
7 to 11 ft at 16 seconds expected. Steep seas will be at a
peak this afternoon and evening.

* WHERE...All of the area.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.

Information:
Inexperienced mariners and those operating smaller vessels should
remain in port and avoid the area of hazardous conditions.

with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 10 ft at 16 seconds
expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and
hazardous seas 8 to 12 ft.

* WHERE...Steep seas this morning, then steep seas within 5 nm
of shore, and very steep seas beyond 5 nm of shore this
afternoon through Thursday evening.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.
