* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas 12 to 17 ft at
18 seconds. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15
to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft at 17
seconds expected. Stronger winds are possible later Friday.

* WHERE...All of the area.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT Wednesday.
For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM Thursday to 8 AM PDT
Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
