Details:
* WHAT...South to southwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30
kt and seas 7 to 11 ft on Monday, becoming northwest winds 10 to
15 kt and seas 12 to 18 ft at 13 seconds Monday night and
Tuesday. Seas then remaining steep into Wednesday morning.

* WHERE...All of the area.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Monday to 8 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
damage smaller vessels.
